ISIS - Informative System Information Sampler
Written by Douglas Buchanan ( tsunami@starstream.net )

Yeah, yeah...I know...another <beep>ing system information app. For me, this was the perfect way to learn the BeOS objects and internals and make something (somewhat) productive.

I thoroughly enjoyed working on this, and fine tuned many parts of it to a tee. BUT, as with any programmer, there are many things I'm unhappy with and want to change. Alas, financial and familial matters preclude me devoting my life to unfinanced hobbyist affairs.

I welcome any suggestions, comments, criticisms, flames(<-KIDDING). I may address things in future revisions, if such a beast will exist, so feel free ask. You may direct any such emails to: tsunami@starstream.net

Observations:
-	I have included all PCI vendor IDs I felt would cover the gammut of Intel based PCs. This is, of course, not a guarantee. The PCI vendor list was far too vast to fall under the 64k limit the BeIDE allows (I'm holding off for Release 4 before plunging into the full CodeWarrior world). I also did not have the PCI card information at my disposal, so card names/generations are not provided.

-	The PNP and PCI tabs allow for sorting information under different "keys". I did not, however, do any type of fancy sorting other than this. Soooo..... don't be suprised to see information in a non-alphabetic manner.

-	The Kernel tab correctly identifies the Bus speed error under Intel Release 3 as BROKEN. If this information begins to function under future releases, the information should be displayed correctly!!

-	A note is available in the PNP tab to address the pre-noted change of PNP functionality in future revisions of BeOS.

-	I operate in a limited world with a limited amount of resources. I do have quite a bit of hardware at my disposal and tested as much as possible. But.....the real world seldom works that smoothly. I DO welcome any feedback regarding this app.
