more_ecs_window_themes_d.zip: This package contains all the eCS Windows themes I have done up
to now. This packages contains the latest files for each theme package.

Repaces:
more_ecs_themes2.zip
more_ecs_windows_themes.zip
more_eCS_windows_themes_a.zip
more_eCS_windows_themes_b.zip
more_eCS_windows_themes_c.zip

Requirements:
eCS 1.0 and 1.1 with the Windows Theme Manager installed.

What's new:
Both old and new windows theme bitmaps now contain two images (or 'devices'): a 'small' image
which will be displayed on lower resolutions, and a 'large' image which will be displayed on higher
resolutions (1024x768 and above).

For some themes, I have created titlebar bitmaps for the theme. It is your choice as to whether
you want to use the titlebar bitmap with a theme.

I put each theme in it own folder with instructions for installation. Themes from the previous
upload are found in the Old_Themes directory. New and revised old themes will be found in
the New_or_Revised_Themes directory.

Installation:

Unzip and copy the desired theme files to

eCS 1.0:
to <drive>:\OS2\thememgr

eCS 1.1:
to <drive>:\eCS\system\thememgr

The readme.txt for each theme explains more.

For the new themes found in the new_themes directory, just copy the *.idx, *.bmp, and the *.res
files for each theme to your thememgr directory and run "addtheme (themename)". See the text file
found in each theme directory for more information.

For themes you wish to install that are found in the old_themes directory, just copy
the desired theme line(s) to the thememgr.idx and copy the files for the theme to the thememgr directory.
If you have been using any of the previous themes, you need to replace the previous files with
the files from this package D, provided that theme has been revised and is now found under the
new_or_revised_themes directory. Or you can copy the required files to the thememgr directory and run
the "addtheme (themename)".

For the new themes found in the new_or_revised_themes directory, just copy the *.idx, *.bmp, and *.res
files for each theme to your thememgr directory and run "addtheme (themename)".

Use at your own risk. I created these just for fun. Feel free to modify, improve, or do whatever
want with these themes.

If a theme has been updated (already installed, but has been updated in this package) and you are presently using
that theme, you will need to open your Windows Theme Manager, select another theme, and then select the theme you
were using. Even though the theme has been updated and you have a different dll file, Theme Manager still
retains the old information until the theme is deselected and selected again. This is true even if you reboot.

If any theme is updated using the Addtheme command, it will add another line to the Theme Manager
selection each time that theme is updated. With a text editor, you will need to edit your thememgr.idx
file and remove the extra line(s). Each new theme entry is added to the end of the file.
