Sometimes, users will come to their system administrator because they are unable to work with a system management application. Either the application is not registered with the Java Web Console, or the user has not been granted permission to use the application.
To grant permission, you might need to use RBAC.
To see if the application is registered, use the command wcadmin list –a to see a list of registered applications. If the application is not shown, you need to register the application with the Java Web Console.
