Please refer to the man pages for instructions on using 'patchadd'
and 'patchrm' commands provided with Solaris.

example# patchadd /var/spool/patch/123456-07
The following example removes a patch from a standalone system:
example# patchrm 123456-07
For additional examples please see the appropriate man pages. Any
other special or non-generic installation instructions should be
described below as special instructions.
Special Install Instructions:
-----------------------------
NOTE 1: It is not possible to remove this patch after installation.
NOTE 2: Booting the failsafe archive after applying the Solaris 10 Update 10
kernel Patch (144501-19) may cause certain amd64 systems to panic.
This has been confirmed on older amd64 systems, specifically the
SunFire x4100, x4200 and x4600, although other amd64 systems may also
be affected.
To manually workaround this issue copy file /platform/i86pc/multiboot
to /boot after applying kernel patch 144501-19 - i.e.:
# cp /platform/i86pc/multiboot /boot
